Brandy Oolong | Oolong Tea
This Nantou County oolong is a lovely medium to strong tea that steeps up a shimmering amber hue with a stone fruit aroma. The liquor is silky, smooth, and sweet with hints of honey and mineral. It is slightly reminiscent of the extremely rare Ruby 18.
Suggested Steeping Instruction:
Use 2 heaping tsps (3-4 grams) per 8 oz of water. Steep with 8 oz water at 200° for 2-4 min. Good for multiple steepings.
