Produced by Mr. Liu Zhao Quan (see 2019 Tiger Hunter Raw Puer) from Puer city, Yunnan. It’s a high grown (approx. 4,500 feet) one bud, four leaf pluck of Yunnan Big Leaf cultivar that was harvested on April 25, 2020 and finished production July 10, 2020.

Correction: The package states the date of production as 6/6/21. This is the date the bricks were wrapped for resale, not the date of production.

Steeping Instructions

3 grams | 12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 4 min.

Traditional Steeping - Use 6 grams of tea in a 150ml gaiwan or teapot with boiling water and steep as follows:

• Rinse – 10 seconds
• 1^st – 10 seconds
• 2^nd – 10 seconds
• 3^rd – 10 seconds
• 4^th – 25 seconds
• 5^th – 45 seconds
• 6^th – 90 seconds
