2013 Yicha Shou Puer Brick | Puer Tea
This cake of "cooked" or shou puer steeps up very smooth. At a shorter steep time it has a wonderful clarity and brightness to the cup. At a longer steep time it is deep, dark, very strong, slightly sweet quality. Makes between 40-50 cups.
Suggested Steeping Instructions:
Use 1 rounded tsp per 8 oz. water around 200-210°. Steep to desired strength.
