1999 Sheng Puer Beeng Cha | Puer Tea
This is a fabulous beeng cha uncooked, puer tea (fyi, beeng cha means “seven cakes tea” and it refers to the fact that these large cakes of tea traditionally come in seven cake bundles). It is light, very bright, very refreshing, silky, with a hint of juniper and without the earthiness normally associated with puer. It will produce multiple steepings and just get better as it ages. This tea was manufactured in the Xiaguan factory in Dali, Yunnan, China. Approximately 357 grams.
