Wuling Mountain Yunwu | Green Tea
The floral aroma is purifying. A comfortable, sweetly vegetal cup tells more than one story. An excellent value.
“Yunwu” translates as “clouds and mist” signifying the plants are grown at high altitudes. Though it’s a generic term, yunwu teas can often be very good values (like this one!) and many tea producing regions have a tea by this name. This one comes from Guzhang county, part of the Wuling mountains of Hunan province. It was produced April 8, 2021 by Ms. Peng Da Jie at an altitude of around 3,500 feet.
