Anhua County, Hunan, China is famous for making the best dark teas in China. This is an example of one of them. After this tea is initially produced it is stored and aged wrapped in bamboo. This encourages the microbial growth that makes dark tea unique and gives it its mellow flavor. Tian Jian translates as "Heaven Tips" referring to the high quality leaf used to make this tea.
