High Mountain Oolong Tea
Description: This hand-made, semi-ball oolong from central Taiwan is softly aromatic. The cup is a soft, pale yellow but has surprising body with pronounced floral, sweet, creamy notes. That silky creaminess holds on through a long, lingering finish.
This hand-plucked tea is made by Mr. Qui Chen Pu in the Heping District of Taichung, Taiwan. It is produced from the Qing Xin cultivar at approximately 1600' elevation.
