Sichuan Sword Tip | Green Tea
A light and pristine cup that is less vegetal and more floral in character. A forgiving steeper for those who appreciate the beauty of subtlety.
Produced at the end of March, 2021, from Meng Ding mountain in Sichuan province. These lower-grown leaves (approximately 2,000 feet) are more subdued than the higher-grown teas, but produce excellent floral qualities. Made from the Lao Chuan cultivar, this tea shares many characteristics to our Clouds & Mist Supreme tea, but shows how much subtle changes can make a big difference.
Ingredients: green tea
3 grams | 8 oz water | 180°F | Steep 3 min.
4 grams | 6 oz water | 205°F | Rinse 5 sec. | Steep 15 sec.
