Dan Cong Feng Huang | Oolong Tea
These long black leaves have a rich almost cocoa aroma. The steeped cup is deep, rich, very aromatic, with complex notes of black plum and black licorice, and a long lingering aftertaste.
Suggested Steeping Instructions:
Use 2 heaping tsp per 8 oz. of water at 200°. Steep for 2-4 min. Good for multiple steepings.
