Made on May 2, 2021 by Mr. Jiang Zheng Nan. This classic comes from 3,300 feet up Tian Zhu Shan (Sky's backbone mountain) of Qian Shan city. It’s winter snow cover prevents survival of pests as the tea plants go dormant and preserve their energy for spring. Good location and good material are necessary when making tea appreciated for its finesse and subtlety. Huang Shan (Yellow Mountain) is the origin of the “pan-firing” technique (the basis for modern Chinese green tea-making). The style of Huang Shan Mao Feng is the culmination of this technique.
