88th Night Shincha

88th Night Shincha

This special Japanese green tea is harvested 88 nights following the Japanese Lunar New Year. From Kagoshima Prefecture in southernmost Japan, the tea plants are regularly fertilized by volcanic ash from the nearby Mount Sakurajima. The dry tea leaf has an intensely fresh, grassy aroma. The steeped cup is light in body and brings to mind sweet seaweed and cooked vegetables. This highly anticipated spring green tea from Japan is one you won't want to miss.

Only available in 2 ounce quantities.

Zen My Cha

Zen My Cha

This green tea is a blend of traditional Japanese Genmaicha, (popped brown rice and sencha tea), coated in a green tea powder called matcha. Matcha, the tea used in the Japanese tea Ceremony, adds a wonderful mouthfeel and a hint of ritual. The leaves steep up brilliant green-yellow and the taste is a harmonious mix of toasty silky, and the sweet grassy flavors familiar to Japanese tea lovers. A perfect tea for re-steeping, this blend celebrates everything we love about Japan.
Contains: Genmaicha, Matcha.
