Coffee Fest is the industry's top-performing show, consistently helping retailers build and refine their specialty coffee businesses with a relevant educational program that is friendly, informative, and enjoyable. This is a successful show that serves as a touchstone for many in the specialty coffee industry, but also the gourmet tea and alternative beverage industry.

This program will teach you the practical steps you need to take to implement a quality loose tea program in any coffeehouse or restaurant. We will answer questions like: what are the most popular teas, how do I do tea without buying more equipment, how should my counter staff make tea, how should I market tea?

Stop, collaborate and listen: Iced tea is a great way to rejuvenate your beverage program during hot months. If there's a problem with your current iced tea program, yo, we'll solve it. This class will discuss a variety of methods for making iced tea from single cups to multi-gallon batches using a variety of equipment and tea accessories. We'll also discuss some great iced tea flavors, from classic unflavored teas to Vanilla Ice.
